terrible service from Santam Non-Motor claims and complaints department

Dear santam Non-Motor claims i would just like to say that your customer service is dead. the treatment that i have received from the Santam Non-Motor Claims department and your customer complaints department have really opened my eyes to seeing why Santam is rated so low.i now changed insurances, it might not be for the best as i do not know any other insurance other than santam but the leap has been made. i do hope that your treatment of customers in the future will be less deplorable.
