Terrible service from Santam

Terrible service by the santam call centers...i have been paying for my cellphone insurance for 2 years without making any claims...i called to to make a claim to have my cellphone repaired and i was told i am insured for the wrong device...i asked for the call recording and i was prompted and presurised and i ended up confirming the incorrect details, i am now told i cannot make a claim however it was the agent who captured incorrect information...i asked to speak to a manager and i must say the person was very rude and patronising..using sarcasm to make me feel small and stupid.
