Terrible Service delivery from Santam
I received a response from Santam on the hello Peter portal, they mentioned they will investigate that was on the 4th. And I am still waiting for a response and without a car.

The matter is still receiving attention and is currently with our direct management team.
We have listened to voice recording of the inception and quotation calls to establish what was discussed and if all the cover available was offered to you.
