Terrible service

Santam insurance client involved in an accident with a vehicle on my insurance policy. Santam has been requesting my insurance details telephonicly on numerous occasions and I advised them to send their request via email so I have a paper trail. To date no email received and now they send me an sms requesting insurance details yet again or state call them to arrange payment. Get your damn house in order and attend to requests properly!!! Whatever happened to common courtesy.
