Terrible service
Just received very bad service from Yusuf Adams at Santam Commercial Contact Centre. The most disrespectful person I have ever come across at Santam. I'm actually very disappointed at how they treat us as Brokers. I'm actually very disgusted!!!! Bad manners, unprofessional and not attention to detail. This guy really needs telephone etiquette training..
