Terrible Service

I am currently pregnant and due to give birth to my first baby next month. Upon return from holiday in December we noticed a water issue in our house. Which several damaged the kitchen ceiling. Santam rejects the claim due to previous claim that was logged back in 2018. What's the use of paying for home insurance if they can't help when it's needed. I will be taking the matter up further as this is effecting my health.
