Terrible service

Last week Tuesday, I purchased short-term one day insurance to move goods and Santam made me pay 100% for it in advance. I made the payment and to my surprise Santam never confirmed this insurance despite my several attempts begging them to send me the policy schedule which was required by my clients. I spoke to their very *********** employee, Oku, who kept promising daily to send it but never sent it, finishing my airtime in the process. The day I wanted the insurance for - came and passed. I moved my client's good without insurance, a very big risk which I was trying to avoid by taking out an insurance cover.

When I called them this afternoon to cancel this insurance that I paid for fully but never got the policy schedule or any confirmation of existence Sanlam tells me that they covered me, even though they never confirmed this with me. This is totally unacceptable and ********** Sanlam, to keep money when they never gave me any insurance.

I need MY money back!
