Terrible service

I recently gave my car in to the following panel beater autotech newcastle as per the insurance, today when I called in I was advised a cable is missing for the PDC sensor, however before giving the car in the PDC was working and last week I went to check on the car the cable was there and just one cable was cut, however today the panel beater refuses to take my calls and when i question him he refuses to answer, yes i did get frustrated and take off with him as the car was supposed to be ready for me today and to use back to durban, however now I must wait for the assessor and delay my work as this car is used for work. Extremely terrible service given by the Autotech and they should not be given any more job infact there license should be taken away as they damage parts while fixing the vehicle and wants to claim more, this needs to be sorted out today.
