Terrible customer service
Most useless bunch of people I’ve dealt with. They avoid my calls and emails regarding a third party claim. If I was their actual client, Im sure they wouldn’t have ignored my issue. Sort your staff and operations out. And please get a competent person to call me to assist me with my claim (***).
