Terrible company

I have been with them for over 10years, I have claimed 4 times, my business came to a stand still with one of my machines that broke. Santam is denying my claim, I sent the machine to the supplier in South Africa to test the machine, Santam says it's wear & tear, they say it's power surge. This might cost me my lively hood. Terrible insurer. Stay Away.
