Tasneem was wonderful! Amazing service with Santam, even though I initially wanted to move to another insurer Tasneem convinced me to, as she put it, "compare apples, with apples". We got my monthly premium way down. I am so glad I took the time and listened to her, I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism of how everything was handled.
