Tasleem Bester - Claim Superstar

I have a fairly new Policy with Santam, and I had an unfortunate incident. My claim was handled by Tasleem Bester. He was very fast to action it and made me feel like I was in safe hands. It was a small claim, but he did not treat it as though it was of less importance than other bigger, more urgent claim.
