TAKING YOUR MONEY BEFORE PAYDAY!!!! WORSE SERVICE EVER!

I am extremely upset today! I have requested twice that my payment date be changed to the last day of the month. Guess what? Santam decided to deduct the last funds out of my account a week and half before payday! The took the last money that was suppose to sustain myself and family until payday! HOW MANY MORE TIMES MUST I ASK FOR THE DEBIT ORDER TO BE DEDUCTED ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH!

I am disappointed!
