Taking too long to respond
I had an accident in 2014, and the settlement has still not happened. I have now been issued a summons a week ago. I have gone through my broker to get Santam to respond to the summons, and this still has not happened. When I phoned them, i got a person who could barely be bothered to string a sentence together, and transferred me to someone else's line who just rang and rang and then cut off. NOT IMPRESSED!!!
