Taking money when not even a client

I inquired about insuring with Santam but after they only could insure one of my vehicles I told them that I do not want to take the policy as I want both my cars insured by one insurance company. Low and behold they take off a debit order today 01/03/2016 without my permission or me even being a client. THIS IS ***** and they are *****'s!!! <br> <br> You WILL pay back every sent plus banking fees incurred and I will take you to the ombudsman for ********* practice.
