Taking a chance

I received an email threatening me with summons. Please go ahead. I`m sure a lot of people would be interested in this case.

Please be advised that I will be logging a complaint with the Insurance Ombudsman and I will be taking this to social media too.

I cannot believe that a Corporate as big as Santam is threatening with summons in connection with a bumper bashing that occurred last year March knowing very well that no one was hurt and that there was no damage to the vehicle in question. So much so that a pencil had to be used to indicate the extent of the damage. A quote of R 17000.00 odd to repair the so called damages is in fact an absolute joke.

I am utterly disgusted to say the least and will be taking this matter further.
