Takealot voucher is a click bait
22 September I bought some items on takealot, soon checking out, they showed me an ad saying suntam will give me R500 takealot voucher if I do a quote with them and they can't beat my current insurance. I put my details they gave me a call back, I asked the guy on the phone about the voucher he said yes they will give me if they can't beat my insurance, ee proceeded. He didn't beat my insurance he said he will send me an email with instructions on how to claim. He never did. I had to make calls until I was told to send my policy schedule to ***. I did send and never got any feedback. I called and called. On Thursday 02 October I called and I was told I will get feedback on Monday 06 October, I didn't get any feedback, I called on Tuesday I was told I will get feedback before end of business day, I didn't get anything, I called on Wednesday, they told me that the guy who assisted me will call me back later. He never did, I called today I was told the guy will call me today. I think is only a click bait that benefits them. If they beat my quote obviously I will join but if they can't. They don't deliver their promise which in my opinion is unfair practice and against CPA
