Take-Me-Home / Home-Drive DOES NOT PITCH

I have booked a Santam Take-Me-Home service for Sunday morning, 30 January 2022, for 00:30 (note that I did receive my confirmation sms's saying that everything is booked). The driver did not pitch and after spending a significant amount of time on the phone trying to sort it out, the very rude and irritated call centre agent told me my booking was accidentally changed and booked for the 31st of January 2022. Understandably, I am very irritated and angry at this point seeing that I pay for a service and rely on a service to pick me up and get me home safe. The call centre agent either put down the phone or placed me on hold the whole time because I was 'too upset' to talk to him and when I handed my phone to my boyfriend to continue the conversation the call centre agent said he is not the policy holder so he will not speak to him. The Call Centre agent continuously said to me that I spoke to someone over the phone and I kept on telling him I missed the confirmation call from Santam but I did receive my SMS's saying that everything is booked. He kept on repeating himself and when I said I want a copy of this supposed call where I changed the booking he did not say anything else - just kept quite like he did every time I ask him a question. Utterly unprofessional and *********** agent. Needless to say an 'emergency' pickup was arranged and we got home after 3h in the morning after scheduling a pickup for 00:30. This morning, 31 January 2022, at 11h I got an SMS's saying my driver is here. It is one thing to get a date wrong but my goodness, what *********** workers work for Santam if they get a date and time wrong? I have been a loyal client for years and Saturday I was so disgusted to think that I re**** on Santam's services to get home safely and they can't even give their clients the services they so proudly advertise. I want a FULL investigation done on this matter and I want feedback on this. I also want the person who is responsible to take full responsibility as this is totally unacceptable.
