SUPPLIERS OF POOR QUALITY APPOINTED

Suppliers appointed by Santam is of poor quality and then Santam holds the client responsible for work done poorly that is not done as per sans regulations. I am writing a complaint today as my problem is not sorted out and the appointed plumber who they now have asked to fix their poor work has now broken a hole into my wall that now have to be replastered and painted. He left the pipe attached to the cement on my wooden deck that scratched my wooden deck and also my geaser is now not working. Santam has not sorted out my problem and this is now longer than 3 weeks. It has now escalated as my one geaser no longer working and I also have a hole in my wall now.
