Superb Customer Service

Hello Peter, <br> I have just experienced superb Customer service from Santam, <br> Yesterday I requested to get a quote for my car on their site, this morning I got a call from one of their agents, upon answering I was greeted with a delightful voice and could tell that the person on the other side of the line was really interested in helping and not just doing their job, and his name was Ashieq Khan, as we continued with our conversation I realised that he was genuinely interested in me as a person more than as a potential client, never before had I had an interaction with a call centre agent that was interested in me as a person, this marks the beginning of a lifelong relationship for me and I applaud him for the great service and effort he put in his work. He also went an extra mile making sure that everything is in order for me. <br> I'm definitely sure I'll never change my insurance company.
