Struggling to register app
Still struggling to register their app on my cellphone after several days. They fail to send an OTP to my phone.Endless emails! It's a fruitless endeavor! I've got a collection of case numbers!

11 Nov 2024, 15:19Hi again! Santam did respond to my problem concerning the registration of their app. Luraan (I hope my spelling is correct!) called and with her patient help all is set now. I have to mention though, their call to me registered as "Lekunutu Trading" today as well after my first response !? I took it for a spam call and did not answer.... Shouldn't it register as Santam? Luraan took note of this. But all in all, thanks for your reaction!
