Storm/Wind claim- 20 February 2024:until to date I have not received concrete help from Santam

I logged a Storm/Wind claim on the 20 February 2024 and until to date I have not received concrete help from Santam the leakage and damage is still not yet received despite sending numerous follow-ups for speedily help.

I have not received any call today, can this matter please be treated with the urgency it deserves as the roof is leaking and items are being damaged, I sent follow-up today and till now there has not been any proper communication.
