Stole our money. Then got ****y about it.

We took out houshold insurance with Santam a while back. Bought a new car last month and added it on there. Got the car on the 11th of May. Paid from that date up until end of May. Also paid for the month of June ahead as is the standard way of things. I then got a broker and moved the policy over to them. Santam didn't move the policy over they simply duplicated it and then they deducted(outright stole)a full payment on the 8th of June, 7 days after I made a full payment as well as back pay for the previous month. My partner made contact with them and they treated her like **** and gave her the runaround. Told her to send a mail to ask for the money back. I then called and the consultant told me that my partner needs to make up her mind and decide what she wants. You f**king ****bags who do you think you are to treat clients like this.. So you're telling me everytime you decide to duplicate my policy, 2, 3, 4 times you're gonna deduct the full amount 2,3,4 times a month at different times of the month and I need to mail you and explain this thievery and ask for my money back? You know it doesn't work like that right? Everything I try to talk to someone about this you put me on hold indefintaley.
