STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK

<p>Good day,<br /> <br /> I please need your assistance on a claim that I am not being helped.<br /> I have been a member of Santam & on my record there have been minimal claims.<br />As of 06 November 2016 I have been struggling to get feedback from Santam.<br /> It is always a back & forth of the assessor & he doesn't do the effort to finalize the matter.<br /> He was at me & on his assessment I am not at all confident.<br /> He is to give a follow up visit to me to reassess the claim, as the amount is not remotely in the same ball park and not all the details of the quotation were on the assessor's report.<br /> The amount that Santam will give is R26 778.24<br /> The repair quotes are around R88 000.00<br /> Should you need further information or if I can give any additional assistance I will gladly do so.<br /> Thank you for the opportunity that I can contact you.<br /> I look forward to hearing about the matter.<br /> <br /> Kind regards<br /> <br /> <br /> Charles Grimsdell<br /> 23 January 2017.<br /> </p>
