Still waiting for a refund

Still waitibg for a refund I have cancelled my insurance with Santam effective from the 1st of June 2023. I was promised in writing that our instalment (that went off on the 1st of June 2023) will be refunded within 7 to 21 working days. I have sent numerous emails to follow this up and no reply from their side.

Please help and assist, thank you.
