Still Waiting

I emailed Santam almost a month ago. The reason I emailed was because, waiting for someone to answer the phone for longer than 30min is unacceptable. In my email, I requested a date change on my debit order as I changed jobs, which means I need to change the information on my policy.

I also emailed with regards to why my policy keeps increasing, when I was promised upon agreement of my policy it would not increase, but decrease every year, (should you not believe me, listen to the phone call) yet, every year my policy keeps increasing. I now pay almost R400. I also wanted to see about adding household insurance, but clearly you don't want more money.

By not phoning me, the debit order was nearly missed because I don't keep all my funds in one account. Luckily, I transferred the funds quickly enough to not pay missed debit order fees.

Up until now, I am still waiting for someone to phone me. This makes me worry, as, what if I am in an accident? Insurance companies already have a bad reputation, and things like this don't help with that.
