I have not heard a thing from them, and they said the would get back to me within 2working days. I can't believe I was so stupid to believe that they actually cared for their clients. They are extremely poor!!! No way I can stay any longer with an insurance company who gives this type of service.

I even lodged a formal complain with them, and even there I'm still waiting for the outcome.
