I phoned the number on the website to get a quote on a vehicle in a business. I spoke to Lexin, who put me through to Rio who put me through to Nama, who couldn't help as she works in Travel Insurance and advised me to call again. I then spoke to Tjola, who put me through to Zinti, who put me through to Lindi and then to Oldi, who said she was going to put me through to Mike where a very unprofessional Emily answered who put me through to Carmen who advised me to call the call centre????? I want a blooming quote on a Toyota Quantum in a business! I have NEVER experienced something like this in my life. Call centre to Business to Commercial to Transport to Travel and back to Call centre?
