Special staff that need to be APPRECIATED for their services

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Bongeka Sawutana and to Lajuan of SANTAM claims for helping to rectify a problamatic claim - once these two KIND and gentle people stepped in, the process went off smoothly, I calmed down and the claim was handled and settled within 2 days. Thats what I call FANTASTIC service because of FANTASTIC people who actually care - I hope SANTAM appreciate staff like this!
