Solar panel theft claim were denied, no forced entry

I have insured my solar panels with Santam. When they were ****** from the roof of my office, Santam denied my claim because thwre was no forced entry. The panel electric wire were cut and the solar panels were broken off of the rails they were mounted on the roof. Warning to every one that insured their solar panels with Santam!!!!!!!
