So much for best insurance company

Please call me to sort out a 3rd party claim coz I feel like your company is a ***** and takes advantage of people who can't fight for themselves. Claim was rejected today (after countless times of being intimidated by your reps when I call till it reached a manager from me asking for an escalation) with a very false reason that argues the accident report. I was told to go the legal route if thats the option I want to take and that's from a manager!!!! Can I get assistance from someone who actually cares about your company's reputation as well as the grief your client already put me through. This time can I be assisted by a higher level or by all means I will follow the legal route as advised by your manager coz I know for a fact I was not wrong (have evidence where your client admitted liability) even had to push them to do a thorough investigation as I was told they will only do a digital assessment
