So disappointed in service

As an existing customer trying to build a relationship with my insurer, but they are not even willing to compete on a different companies quote. You try and be loyal to stay with your insurer but they are not even willing to fight for you. Makes you feel very unwanted and they obviously have enough customers to not worry losing any customers. I really thought that I am at one of the best insurers in the country but obviously customer is not their number 1 priority.
