Smart Alex at SANTAM

I was rear-ended by a Santam Insured driver. He accepted culpability, and after a drawn-out battle he finally decided to involve his insurer - SANTAM. Now all the onus is suddenly on me. I comp**** with all that I could - what I omitted was due to my lack of understanding, mostly because the case was not explained to me, with the reasons for therefor. Now after several weeks I am still waiting for a go-ahead to have the car repaired!
