Slow cumbersome approval processes with lack of feedback

The turnaround time for a minor accident to complete assessment by Santam took 8 days or 6 working days. Now a quantum assessor has to review the quote to see if it's viable to repair. I am lucky that the car is drivable. Imagine if it was not - I have 30 days car rental (not working days) - but the approval process takes 20 days - 30 days should not be a option Santam offer because their processes takes too long.
