Slow after decision to write ofd

A decision to write of my car after an accident had been made by Santam on Monday 29 April 2024. According to my broker Santam would then arrange a courier to come and collect the spare key and Natis. Apparantly I could not drop it myself at the Bloemfontein branch as it needed to be couriered to Johannesburg. It took Santam a whole business week just to arrange a courier and now it will take the courier almost a whole business week to come and collect. This means after the decision has been made to write off the car it still takes 2+ weeks to get the claim finalised and paid out while we struggle with loan vehicles. This is extremely slow while apparantly other companies do it alot faster.
