Slippery insurer called santam

I have been writing emails to Santam, i need to visit thir offices for car inspection, thre is no response. My fear is trying to make a claim which they may reject as I'm not sure if I am insured with them or not. Am really getting tired of this new insurer of mine, no peace of mind.
