SkipGo Polokwane must take responsibility

Early July 2020 I had a terrible accident where I was hit hard at the back of my car while waiting for the car in front of me to turn. The driver of Skip Go Polokwane company yellow bakkie which had a trailer on it had admitted his mistakes. My car insurance was Santam and they were very helpful from the seconds I had an accident. However, for my car to be fixed I had to pay R20 000 axcess which I didn't have and felt like the SkipGo company should take responsibility and pay. However they gave me a run around saying they don't want to hear anything from me but they will hear from my insurance not me. I've suffered financially and otherwise for over 2 months without a car which couldn't be fixed because I didn't have that axcess amount. I use my car to take my kids to school but now I had to use bolt taxisfor them to be at school. I couldn't even visit my sick mother at home because I didn't have a car. This has made me suffer a lot financially and mentally. I had to take a loan from my bank for my car to get fixed because the SkipGo couldn't even pay for my axcess. I got the loan and paid the Panelbeaters which was referred by Santam and got my car back. Now beginning from this month I've even left Santam to join another insurance. My problem is that santam is saying it is communicating WITH SkipGo Polokwane about the claim but can't help claim my axcess. I called SkipGo company to ask them if they can pay me the axcess amount only not including the money losses during the time I didn't have a car but they say they can't talk to me they will only hear from the insurance. All I want SkipGo to do is to take responsibility and pay me. I'm even suffering from depression now because of all this. I don't know what to do. Please assist.
