SHOULD I BEG FOR INSURANCE !!!!
I called Santam two days ago to have my personal items insured Ryhard from your sales department said that he will call me in two hours time , that was a joke right ! I called in yesterday and his colleague said that he will call me in 15 minutes again nothing and wasting my time today I made a last attempt and was promised the same but guess what no response again I have never experienced this level of poor service for such a big institution I mean Santam is a monster in the business all my family is insured there and rest assured I will have them know and have them move all their insurance
