Shocking Service. No service at all

Trying to resolve a 3rd party claim is unachievable Shocking to sya that they don't even bother to reply to the emails. Regardless that I acknowledge I do have one document outstanding as the bank said it takes time to obtain a historic document.

Nazeem.Jacobs is my direct contact. Not impressed at all with the service and I assume they don't want to pay for the damages done by thier client
