Shocking Service

I had my car written off, had my payout completed and still liable for a tracker that I never accepted risk on from a third party. Disappointing your insurer treats you like this. The terms and conditions at point of sale only pointed out my liability if I voluntarily cancelled my insurance with SANTAM and not if my car is written off. I refuse to pay for a contract I never engaged with.
