Shambolic service

I have receive shambolic service from santam switch and Santam

bothe gave really been horrible, ive been debited 4 times instead of twice , policy was meant switch over in decmber it was not done

i asked to cnacel my policy it was not done

worse no one takes accountability

i though they were supposed to be the best but all i have experienced is shambles
