Service with a smile

Having worked in customer service for over a decade. There is a certain level of service I expect. My interaction with Monray Fortuin has been fantastic. It is true that you can hear when a person is smiling on a call. Very kind and attentive to my needs. Didnt keep me on hold long when it was required. I am very happy and impressed.
