Service lacking or non existent
Monday afternoon 14:00, pipe burst leaking into cupboard inside dwelling. Notified insurance , Plumber arrives to come and ASSES. according to Insurance consultant. Plumber can not do any thing Insurance must , again send an ASSESSOR to come . Tuesday 12:00 nobody. I am still without water . Insurance to be paid 24/7 but response lacking or non existent.
