Service failure

Sipho Sithole and Dorothy Hendricks - Building Claims. Waiting 2 years and 12 plumbers later claim remains unresolved. My previous complaint was said to have been responded which was an absolute lie. Staff in the building claims does not respond to emails. My hot water system from the geyser has been totally messed up by all the different unqualified/***********/unprofessional plumbers they instruct. They keep trying to close the claim. Premiums go up and service goes down of *********** staff.
