I spoke to Zisanda Mkumbi who was friendly, helpful and super efficient. She handled every query I had with confidence and amended my policy without any hassles. With Santam you can also amend your policy with immediate effect, which I found is not always the case with other insurance companies. I will definitely recommend them and thank Zisanda for her great service.
