It is always a pleasure dealing with Rozannah Singh as I know that my claim will be attended to promptly. Rozannah displays the Santam values in her work ethics and Santam needs more staff like her.

I commend her for always going out of her way to assist on claims that are not even in her space, she is willing to always go the extra mile.
