I would like to express my gratitude to Santam, more especially Divania Chetty. Divania is very helpful telephonically and via email as well. Her attention to detail and email etiquette is always professional. I've rarely had to escalate any claims that is with Divania as she always attends timeously and without any hassles. Santam needs more people like Divania!
