SERVICE CONCERN

<p>after reading Teacher Matakala, I'm just getting curious and wondering if i will have to write to Hellopeter soon. because my claim is with the same company (EOH /Censeo) which I also have to questions Santam about them , after receiving the sms from them. and only be told about them after my concern. I logged the claim on the 12th November this year. I was been Interviewed by the Censoe Examiner and gave him all the neccesarily informantion on my side he asked for. we are on the third week now, and December can be the short month to the penalbeaters and the parts suppliers due to festive season. So far the respond I get is the Sms from Censeo - (we are still processing your claim). I hope I won't have to write to HelloPeter with the negative result.</p>
