They have been the best insurance ever since 2015 on my first car. I am still proud and recomend them to my friends and family. Even if you are strunded, the first thing they do, they take your number, and call you back, if you might have cutted the call because of airtime, and assist you according to your incident that you might have. With all my cars I am still happy with their services. I was involved in an accident in 2023, it took me few minutes to report the issue, and on a Monday they call me to take my car in to be fixed, and they claimed back my access fee, from the lady who caused the accident. The lady did'nt want to give me the access, and Santam made sure that they will claim it back, because I was not at fault, but the third party was.
