- met an accident on the 27/02/24 - female hit me from the back, I hit another car in the front - initial claims stage was no issues, they paid out and settled the bank - I am still awaiting feedback regarding the R5000 access charge that was meant to be paid back to me, we now in November - don't url have an SLA( service level agreement) -if so I believe it has past due -last email I got from you was in September and that too because I was chasing after you
